    Da Nang is undoubtedly one of the most popular places when foreigners look for property in Vietnam.

    There’s no cap to the number of properties that you can buy as a foreigner. However, foreigners can maximum buy 30% of the units in condominium projects.

    Can I buy land as a foreigner in Da Nang?
