Better Homes LLC is one of the biggest full-service real estate agencies in the GCC region, including Dubai. With more than 500 employees, Better Homes have several offices in the Middle East.
The company was founded by Linda Mahoney, who’s currently acting as the chairman of the company. Her son, Ryan Mahoney, is working as the current CEO.
Linda Mahoney is originally from Canada and previously worked as a nurse. She moved to Dubai in the early 80s, where she started a surgical clinic. In 1986, she started Better Homes, and switched her career to become a realtor.
She and her son lead a team of multilingual staff, working in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Qatar. They’ve worked with some of the leading developers in Dubai.. For example, they’ve managed several Emaar projects like The Lakes, which is one of the most well-known projects built by Emaar.

Yallarent is a property management company based in Dubai that specializes in short-term rentals. The company works in partnerships with companies like AirBnB, to earn higher rental yields for property owners.
The founders are husband and wife, Nour and Alex, who started out by renting their own homes in Paris and London. Later, they decided to do short-term rentals full-time and started Yallarent in Dubai.
