Founded in 2000, ZMG (Zidan Management Group, Inc.) is a property management company based in Dubai, offering services in Dubai and Sharjah. ZMG is owned by an American, Raed Zidan, who leads a team of 100 multilingual people. The company also operates in the US, as well as in the Gulf region, and a leading property management company in Dubai.

Raed has founded several other companies in US and the Gulf in the past, like L.I.N.C, a phone company.

Blueground is a hospitality company that was established in Greece in 2013. The company has grown fast since its inception and currently manages more than 400 apartments in Dubai.

With more than 250 employees in the US, Dubai, Greece, and Turkey, Blueground has managed to take on multinational clients like Coca Cola, Siemens, CNN, LG, and Samsung.

Services and fees

Blueground’s services differ from traditional property management companies.

Firstly, they lease and later furnish high-end properties. After, the units are sub-leased to primarily senior business travelers that stay in Dubai for a month or longer.

Asteco is one of the most prominent full-service real estate agencies in the UAE based in Dubai. This property and asset management company was founded in 1985, making it one of the oldest real estate agencies in Dubai.

Better Homes LLC is one of the biggest full-service real estate agency in the GCC region including Dubai. With more than 500 people, Better Homes has several offices in the Middle East.

Better Homes was established by Linda Mahoney, who is currently working as the chairman of the company, while her son, Ryan Mahoney is working as the current CEO. Linda Mahoney, who was a nurse and a Canadian national, moved to Dubai in the early 80s when she started a surgical clinic, but in 1986, she started Better Homes, and switched her career to become a realtor.

She and her son lead a team of multilingual staff who work in their offices in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Qatar. They have worked with some of the leading developers in Dubai, for several Emaar projects like The Lakes, one of the most well-known projects by Emaar.

Yallarent is a property management company based in Dubai that specializes in short-term rentals. Yallarent works in partnership with companies like AirBnB to earn higher rental yields for their clients.

The founders are husband and wife, Nour and Alex, who started by renting their own residents in Paris and London, and soon decided to do short-term rentals as a career and started the company in Dubai.

The company employs more than 15,000 people and have offices in 69 countries including UAE. The head office of the company is based in in Seattle, Washington, United States.
