1. Parkland Property Management
Parkland Property Management was founded in 1977 and has been a joint venture of Ryoden Development Limited and TL Property Consultants International Limited since 2011.
Ryoden Development Limited started out as early as 1983, acting as a property development company. TL Property Consultants International Limited, on the other hand, is a property consultancy from Shanghai.
The current executive director, Tony Ka-tung Leung, holds a Ph.D degree in business administration and has over 35 years of experience in real estate and in the hotel industry.
He previously worked at the Buildings & Lands Department and served several prominent property developers. The management team currently has 11 members.
The company won the award of “environmental management” in 2007 and their clients include companies like Pokfulam Terrace, and many more.
Parkland Property offers a range of services for residential and commercial properties in the private and public sector.
However, they only manage properties with an area of over 6 million square feet, including luxury residential buildings, shopping malls, offices, and industrial buildings.

2. Savills Hong Kong
Established in 1855, Savills is a global real estate service provider headquartered in London. The company operates internationally and started their Hong Kong branch in the 80’s.
The CEO is Johnnie Chan, a position he’s held since 2002.
Johnnie has a PhD in Business from the University of Honolulu and is considered to be one of the top players in the industry.
The company currently manages 48 million square feet of property, comprising 29 million square feet of prime commercial space and over 19 million square feet of luxury residential properties.
Savills Hong Kong now has over 190 managerial staffs and some of their clients include the Lippo Center, a landmark building located in the heart of Admiralty, and 56 Repulse Bay Road.
In 2018, Savills Hong Kong was awarded “Best deal of the year” and the “Residential team of the year”. It also has a certificate of excellence from RICS.

Started as a valuation and an auction business based in London, Knight Frank is an international property consultancy firm founded in 1896 by John Knight, Howard Frank, and William Rutley. The company has 335 offices in 52 countries.
Knight Frank Hong Kong branch was founded in 1972. After the merger with Chesterton Petty in 2006, it extended its operations to Greater China.
The team has won several awards, including “Residential team of the year”, “Professional consultancy services team of the year”, and “Certificate of excellence for retail team of the year” by Hong Kong Awards in 2006.
The current CEO, Piers Bunner, has decades of experience in real estate and was appointed as CEO in 2015. Prior to joining Knight Frank, Piers was working at Colliers Asia for over 20 years. Here, he acted as CEO and managed 30 offices in over 14 countries.

The CEO of Greater China, Ben Duncan, has 20 years of experience in real estate with 14 of those years spent in Asia Pacific. He specializes in commercial leasing and has represented plenty of Fortunes 500 companies, including Google, Ikea, DBS Bank, and more.
The Hong Kong branch has won several awards, including “Project management and office team of the tear” at RICS Hong Kong Awards in 2018.

Established in 1982, Sun Chung as monitored the construction of the Bank of China Tower. Today, Sun Chung is a subsidiary of Bank of China and a funded enterprise under the bank.
Sun Chung has five subsidiaries, including Sun Chung Property Management, Sun Chung Design and Engineering company, Sun Chung real estate Agency Company, Sun Chung Property Management (Macau), and Sun Chung Property Management (Macau).
The company manages numerous landmark buildings like the Bank of China Tower, Kiu Wah building, Seaview Commercial Building, Ching Wah Street, and more.
It currently manages more than 2.4 million square feet of property. Previously, Sun Chung was awarded the “West Kowloon Best Property Management Award”.
Funded by Bank of China, Sun Chung manages a lot of commercial buildings for its parent company.

Founded in 1968, Harriman Management Services Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wheelock and Company Limited, a reputable public listed investment company in Hong Kong.

In 1978, Kerry properties got involved in real estate development and property investment activities in Hong Kong. It’s originally incorporated in Bermuda but has been listed on the stock exchange. The chairman of the company, Siu Kong Wong, is a veteran in the real estate industry.
He’s been a director of the company since 1996 and the Chairman of the board since 2013.
Kerry Properties has recognition and awards over the years, for example, the “Hong Kong Green Award 2017”, “Indoor Air Quality Certificate – Excellent Class”, and more. Some of the properties they manage include 8 Lasalle, Aigburth, and Century Tower.
