1. Palm City

Palm City is an integrated waterfront development located in District 2. The project comprises 12 blocks, including Palm Residence: 135 landed houses (Phase 1), Palm Heights: 816 apartment units (Phase 2), and Palm Garden: 617 apartment units (Phase 3).

Covering 30.2 hectares, it has a strategic location at Giong Ong To and Muong Kinh rivers and just a 15-minute drive from the central business district in District 1. Besides, residents will be only a 5-minute drive away from the Thu Thiem New Urban Area, the new financial district of Ho Chi Minh.

In addition to residential units, you can find shop houses, commercial buildings, a shopping center, school, kindergarten, and hospital here.

2. Empire City

Empire City is one of the most bespoke projects in Ho Chi Minh and located on a prime 14.6-hectare waterfront size in the future new financial center, Thu Thiem New Urban Area. The project will have as many as 3,000 residential units, retail properties, offices, and an 86-story mixed-use tower.

The project is located just next to the Saigon River in District 2 and will become the biggest commercial and economic center of Ho Chi Minh. Here, residents and the public will be able to enjoy entertainment, cultural, and recreational activities.

Empire City will be located in proximity to various landmarks. For example, 14 minutes from the Notre Dame Cathedral, 11 minutes from Ben Thanh Market, and 11 minutes from the Bitexco Tower.

Estella Heights is a large-sized condominium project located in An Phu Ward in District 2. The Estella was the first condominium project that Keppel Land launched in Ho Chi Minh, it’s located in An Phu Ward and with proximity to Estella Heights. It’s a high-end project suitable to upper-income buyers and has plenty of facilities and amenities, such as tennis courts, a swimming pool, 24/7 security, and more.

Interestingly, it was the first project to get the Green Mark Gold Award from the Building and Construction Authority in Singapore. Besides, it was voted as the Best Condominium Development in Vietnam during the Southeast Asia Property Awards 2011.
