Savills is one of the biggest property management companies in the world, having presence all over the world. The head office of the company is based in London, UK.
The company established in 1855 and currently employs more than 35,000 people. In addition to Singapore, they have 700 offices in 60 countries.
Savills started its Singapore operations in 2011 and partnered with a well known local property management company called the CKH Strata Management. In 2014, when both companies merged, they changed the name to Savills Property Management.
Savills Property Management became the largest strata management company in 2015 when it acquired another local company, the Ace Body Corporate Management Pte Ltd.
It currently manages around 40,000 units in more than 160 projects, including well-known clients like The Orchid Residences and D’Leedon.

They offer highly personalized property management services to expatriate clients, who want to invest in Singapore. The board has both expatriates along with Singaporeans.
The staff at Citiprop is from seven different countries, allowing the company to offer services in ten different languages.
Some key persons include KC NG, a Singaporean who’s the co-founder of the company, Kerry James (Australian), and Juliet Stannard (British).

Barringham International Property Management Group is an international property management company founded in 1998. The company has around 500 employees and B.H Jalil is the managing director of the Singapore branch.
The company started its operations in 2003 when they established Barringham Singapore. Soon, it emerged as one of the biggest property management companies in the country.
